OUP’s innovative skills suite is designed to sit alongside core textbook courses in international schools, assisting teachers and parents in fostering 21st century skills. I co-wrote this Problem Solving and Reasoning Skills with Karen Morrison. In planning this course, we researched a wide range of pedagogical sources, and dug deep into current and innovative problem solving approaches. The series covers years 1 – 9 (ages 4–14) and is aligned to the British curricula used in a range of international schools. There are write-in Practice Books for Years 1 to 9, along with teacher’s material that supports the course.
